Legendary Looks, Improved Value and Limited Production Status with the original "Tribute Edition Shelby" kit only from MUSTANG F/X, Inc. Designed for the 1994 to 2005 Ford Mustangs to pay TRIBUTE to the Legendary "Carroll Shelby" for all he has done for the Automotive World. Sorry, MESTENGO F/X is no longer producing these kits.

I have some BAD News to report. I just received word from Rick Kopec at SAAC and he has changed his mind on including these special Mustangs in the SAAC Registry stateing that he is only including 1965 to 1970 Shelby Mustangs. I have been in contact with Shelby American about including them in their Registry and they said they will only include Shelby's that they were directly involved in. It seems that the "Tribute Edition Shelbys" are like the red headed step child in the Shelby Mustang World. Keep in mind that they ARE Official Products of Carroll Shelby Licensing, Inc. and ARE Approved and Authorized by Carroll Shelby himself. I have the actual Signed Contract to prove it.

Placement Instructions.

The new 2005 Mustangs will have the lower Side Stripe Logo, "G.T. 350 and G.T. 500 , on the Fender instead of on the Door. With the new Body design, the Lower Side Stripes will be just as the ones used on the original 1965 to 1968 Shelby Mustangs.

For CERTIFICATION, Photos are to be sent to us, to show that the kit was installed correctly. A special Certification Certificate signed by Carroll Shelby and David T. Hawkins will be sent to you after the kit is correctly installed. Every part of the Kit MUST be installed for Certification.

The GT500KR kits use different front fender emblems. The standard colors for the Decals are: Black, Silver, Blue, Gold, White. Other standard colors could have been ordered for an additional charge. This KIT is more than just Decals, Emblems and Badging...... it is also Carroll Shelby AUTHORIZED and CERTIFIED. You will be allowed to Modify Your Mustang to your needs with out voiding the Certification.

The V6 Mustangs receive the G.T. 350 kits, GT Mustangs receive the G.T. 500 kits and the COBRA Mustangs receive the GT500KR kits. Each Mustang receiving one of these special kits will be Numbered, Documented and Certified only by MUSTANG F/X, Inc. You will need to Mail or Fax a copy of the Sales Contract and if possible, a copy of the Window Sticker. The more Documentation you send us, the better.

The Lower Side Stripe Decals are identical to the originals. The only differance is the location of the Logo.

This is a custom designed Decal of "Carroll Shelby's" likeness which took me a few days to design. It is only found on the Quarter Panels of "Tribute Edition Shelby" vehicles from MUSTANG F/X.

This special custom designed "CS" Emblem is found only on "Tribute Edition Shelby" vehicles and the new SHELBY AMERICAN vehicles. They install on the front Fenders and Deck Lid of the G.T. 350, G.T. 500 and just on the Deck Lid of the GT500KR. The "R Series" Decal will ONLY be found on the G.T. 350R and the "G.T. 500R" Mustangs when production begins. This will be the ONLY 2000 model "G.T. 350R" produced.

This "SHELBY" Emblem is installed on the front Fenders and Deck Lid of the GT500KR and also on the Deck Lids of the G.T 350 & G.T. 500 to replace the factory Ford Oval Emblem.

This is the special Signature Decal and SHELBY Emblem for the Deck Lid.

This is the Front Bumper Number now found on all "Tribute Edition Shelby" vehicles.

This is the newly designed Dash Plaque for the Tribute Edition Shelby Vehicles and the all new Shelby American Vehicles and goes nicely with the NEW Under Hood Badge. This special Dash Plaque, along with the special Under Hood Badge and special "CS" Emblems were designed by David T. Hawkins and Custom Made strickly for MESTENGO, Inc. and are found ONLY in the Tribute Edition Shelby Kits. Some of the earlier Tribute Edition Shelby's have the Brass Engraved Dash Plaque.

This special custom Under Hood Badge is found only on "Tribute Edition Shelby" vehicles and will have the vehicles Year & Number stamped on it. Some of the earlier Tribute Edition Shelby's did not receive this Badge.

CERTIFICATION

The kit must be installed corectly and in its intirety. 35mm Photos must be sent in for varification.

To keep cost down MESTENGO F/X, Inc. decided to spend money creating this web site, going to as many shows as possible through out the year and doing printed Advertisements when possible, instead of printing up brochures. MESTENGO F/X was also offering a special "TRIBUTE EDITION SHELBY EXTREME" kit to their for the 1994 to 2005 Mustangs. These kits are super cool. Using custom High Performance Shade Shift Vinyl, your decals will change from one Extreme color to the next with several colors in between. The special "EXTREME" kit consists of custom "EXTREME" Lower Side Stripe Decals, Custom "EXTREME" Quarter Panel Decals of Carroll Shelby's likeness, Custom "EXTREME" Deck Lid Signature Decal, "EXTREME" Front Bumper Number, Custom 5 inch tall "EXTREME" Windshield Decal, unique "CS" Front Fender and Deck Lid Emblems, a "SHELBY" Deck Lid Emblem, unique Numbered Under Hood Badge, unique Numbered Dash Plaque, and Placement Instructions. The Certificate is mailed after Photos of the Car and Installation has been mailed along with the Certification Fee, to MUSTANG F/X for verification. This kit sold for just $900.00 shipped priority mail to your door. As an extra cost option we offered 7 inch wide Lemans Stripe Decals for an extra $500.00. The "EXTREME" Tribute Edition Shelby's will be Numbered with the rest so that means it is a good bet that only a few will be built per year model. As always we use the best materials in our products and recommend that a Professional is used to install this kit. Since this is a custom order please allow a 5 to 10 days for delivery. Sorry, These kits are no longer offered for sale.

The big "EXTREME" Decal on this Hood actually is the Windshied Decal. A second one was ordered ($85.00) so they could be placed on the Hood. The "CS" Decal on the Hood Scoop ($80.00) is an extra cost option as is the 14 inch "SHELBY" Decal ($60.00) in front of the Scoop.

The Decal Colors are as folows:

CYAN / PURPLE: blue, purple, medium teal, dark teal, red, magenta, dark redish brown, medium graphite and green. (all metalic)

BLUE / RED: purple, blue, magenta, red, dark redish brown, medium purple and brownish gold. (all metalic)

SILVER / GREEN: dark green, bright green, redish brown, brownish graphite, black, graphite and purpleish graphite. (all metalic)

PURPLE / GREEN: purple, medium teal, dark teal, magenta, blue, redish brown, dark purple and green. (all metalic)

GOLD / MEGENTA: dark magenta, magenta, burnt orange, gold, redish purple, goldish green, deep burgandy and bright green. (all metalic)

GOLD / SILVER: gold, goldish green, lime green, dark teal, deep dark teal, medium tealish green, deep dark blue and redish brown. (all metalic)
